Dr. Rudi Herterich Founder and Managing Director
Studied materials science, specialising in glass / ceramics at the University of Erlangen/Nuremberg, business administration at RWTH Aachen University and doctorate at the Institute for Business Informatics at Saarland University in the field of process-oriented, decentralised production control. Founder, main shareholder and Managing Director of DHC and Chairman of the Board of Directors of DHC AG in Zurich.
Matthias Bothe Managing Director & Industry Unit Manager
Matthias Bothe studied business engineering at the University of Kaiserslautern. From 1991 to 2001 he occupied a number of positions in the IDS Scheer Group, the last being a director at ESCATE AG. He was previously a member of the extended management team at IDS Scheer AG, where he held global responsibility for the consulting area of Supply Chain Management.

Katja Demmer
Katja Demmer studied business administration at Saarland University. After graduating, she worked as a marketing manager for a pharmaceutical and cosmetics manufacturer before joining DHC in 2000. Since then she has been head of marketing at DHC Dr. Herterich & Consultants GmbH.
Christian Gasper Partner
Christian Gasper studied business administration with a focus on business informatics at Saarland University and has been part of DHC at the Saarbrücken location since 2015. Since 2019, he has been responsible for DHC’s Technical Services division, which includes the implementation of custom developments. The consulting focus is on integration management in SAP projects as well as quality management with SAP solutions, especially in the regulated environment.
Andreas Mauß Partner
Andreas Mauß studied business engineering at htw saar University of Applied Sciences in Saarbrücken. He worked as a consultant at DHC from 1998 to 2005. In 2006, he was appointed Head of Finances & Administration at DHC Dr. Herterich & Consultants, with full responsibility for the company’s commercial management, and has held the same position for the entire DHC Group in Germany since 2011.
Heike Regitz Partner
Heike Regitz studied political economics at Saarland University. She started her consulting career at DHC GmbH in Saarbrücken in 1999 before moving to DHC AG in Switzerland in 2002. Her consulting work focuses in particular on the areas of logistics processes and Integration Management.
Stefan Staub Partner
Stefan Staub completed his studies in business administration at the University of St Gallen and the National University of Singapore. After graduating, he gained initial career experience in Germany and abroad before joining DHC AG in 2006. In 2012, he was appointed Staff Manager at DHC Switzerland, with responsibilities for HR development.
Christian Steffensky Partner
After a period working in banking, Christian Steffensky completed a degree in informatics at htw saar University of Applied Sciences in Saarbrücken before joining DHC in 2006.
