For more than 25 years, the DHC Consulting Group with its two main locations in Saarbrücken (D) and Zurich (CH) has specialised in the implementation and validation of SAP systems in the pharmaceutical industry and medical technology. . The experience we have gained from a wide range of successful consulting projects combined with our deep process knowledge now makes us one of the leading SAP consulting partners for topics related to the life sciences.

These also include in particular the sector-specific requirements for GxP Compliance and the validation of computer systems. We are deeply familiar with the relevant regulatory frameworks (e.g. 21 CFR, EU GMP, MDR, IVDR, etc.) and guidelines (e.g. GAMP 5).

We also offer modern concepts and solutions for quality management based on the SAP solutions QM and QIM that can be used with companies in any industry. Thanks to our long experience, we know which QM models can be implemented with SAP technologies and the benefits that integrated quality management systems can bring to your business.

For all of our DHC consulting areas, we have developed our own methods, approaches and templates. Where necessary, these are then supplemented by technical DHC solutions based on DHC VISION or SAP Solution Manager, for example. This helps to significantly accelerate projects while also improving their quality – as can be seen from our long list of references and successful regulatory and customer audits.

Dr. Rudi Herterich Founder and Managing Director

Studied materials science, specialising in glass / ceramics at the University of Erlangen/Nuremberg, business administration at RWTH Aachen University and doctorate at the Institute for Business Informatics at Saarland University in the field of process-oriented, decentralised production control. Founder, main shareholder and Managing Director of DHC and Chairman of the Board of Directors of DHC AG in Zurich.

Matthias Bothe Managing Director & Industry Unit Manager

Matthias Bothe studied business engineering at the University of Kaiserslautern. From 1991 to 2001 he occupied a number of positions in the IDS Scheer Group, the last being a director at ESCATE AG. He was previously a member of the extended management team at IDS Scheer AG, where he held global responsibility for the consulting area of Supply Chain Management.

Carsten Buri CEO and Director Sales & Marketing, DHC Switzerland

Carsten Buri studied industrial engineering at the Saarland University of Applied Sciences. From 2002 to 2005, he worked as a consultant for DHC in Germany. In 2006, he moved here to the area of sales or business development. In 2013, he started as Director Sales and Marketing at DHC AG in Switzerland and has been Managing Director at the Zurich location since 2022.
