DSAG

The Deutschsprachige SAP-Anwendergruppe e. V. (DSAG) is one of the most influential user groups in the world. More than 60,000 members from over 3,700 companies form a strong network that extends from medium-sized companies to DAX-listed corporations and across all economic sectors in Germany, Austria and Switzerland (DACH). DSAG’s goal is ‘co-operation and collaboration between SAP customers and SAP for the purpose of expanding and improving SAP software products’.

Central to the DSAG approach are the more than 200 working groups in which SAP customers network with each other and discuss current challenges with the SAP solutions and new functionalities that they feel would be useful future enhancements, either online or in face-to-face meetings. DSAG then bundles criticism and suggestions and communicates them to SAP in the form of development requests.
