We are hosting this web session together with Andreas Musick, Quality Manager of our customer Villeroy & Boch – Dining & Lifestyle.

In recent years, Villeroy & Boch has integrated many functions and processes into the existing IT infrastructure (SAP ECC 6.0 and external WM) in the area of quality management and quality assurance. Step-by-step digitization was and will continue to be the project methodology for the next few years. A selection of the sub-projects will be presented in this web session and an outlook on the next year will be given.
