Dr. Rudi Herterich Founder and Managing Director

Dr Rudi Herterich studied materials science at the University of Erlangen/Nuremberg, followed by business administration at RWTH Aachen. He gained his initial professional experience as an engineer working in the Quality Assurance lab at Vegla Vereinigte Glaswerke GmbH in Aachen. He then moved to the Institute for Industrial Management (FIR) as a research assistant whilst also completing his business administration studies at RWTH Aachen. In 1988, he moved to the Institute for Business Informatics headed by Prof. A.-W. Scheer in Saarbrücken. After receiving his Ph.D. in 1992, he took up a position at IDS Scheer, where he led the ‘CAPISCE’ project: together with the Walldorf-based SAP AG, this gave rise to the PP-PI industry solution. He formed DHC Dr. Herterich & Consultants GmbH in Saarbrücken in 1996 and DHC AG in Zurich in 1998.

Matthias Bothe Managing Director & Industry Unit Manager

Matthias Bothe studied business engineering at the University of Kaiserslautern. From 1991 to 2001 he occupied a number of positions in the IDS Scheer Group, the last being a director at ESCATE AG. He was previously a member of the extended management team at IDS Scheer AG, where he held global responsibility for the consulting area of Supply Chain Management.

Christian Gasper Partner

Christian Gasper studied business administration with a focus on business informatics at Saarland University and has been part of DHC at the Saarbrücken location since 2015. Since 2019, he has been responsible for DHC’s Technical Services division, which includes the implementation of custom developments. The consulting focus is on integration management in SAP projects as well as quality management with SAP solutions, especially in the regulated environment.

Carsten Fricke Partner

Carsten Fricke can look back on almost 20 years of consulting experience in the process industry. He specialises in the integration of SAP QM into logistics processes plus all of the associated functionality required. He has been a key developer of DHC’s SAP QM-based solutions (e.g. eLIMS), which he has implemented in many projects.

Andreas Mauß Partner

Andreas Mauß studied business engineering at htw saar University of Applied Sciences in Saarbrücken.  He worked as a consultant at DHC from 1998 to 2005. In 2006, he was appointed Head of Finances & Administration at DHC Dr. Herterich & Consultants, with full responsibility for the company’s commercial management, and has held the same position for the entire DHC Group in Germany since 2011.

Heike Regitz studied political economics at Saarland University. She started her consulting career at DHC GmbH in Saarbrücken in 1999 before moving to DHC AG in Switzerland in 2002. Her consulting work focuses in particular on the areas of logistics processes and Integration Management.

Stefan Staub Partner

Stefan Staub completed his studies in business administration at the University of St Gallen and the National University of Singapore. After graduating, he gained initial career experience in Germany and abroad before joining DHC AG in 2006. In 2012, he was appointed Staff Manager at DHC Switzerland, with responsibilities for HR development.

Stefan Temps Partner

Stefan Temps studied industrial engineering with a focus on process engineering at the Technical University of Hamburg-Harburg. He began his consulting work in 1996 at DHC in Saarbrücken and moved to DHC AG in Switzerland in 2000. His consulting focus is on integration management and quality assurance for complex ERP projects in the defence and life sciences industries.
