The Data Processing Agreement (DPA) establishes a contractual framework for processing personal data on behalf of our customers and is required to meet GDPR requirements.

It governs processing in accordance with documented instructions, as well as the confidentiality and protection of data and the involvement of additional processors. It also defines the support provided for data subject requests and the handling of personal data breaches.

The DHC SVA White Paper describes how the DHC Smart Validation Accelerator is developed and operated. It explains how DHC SVA meets the regulatory requirements applicable to SaaS providers in the GxP environment.
