We use an online presentation or a meeting on your premises to introduce you to the contents of the Starter Package/Add-On, and we then talk to you to find out whether the content is suitable or needs to be extended.
After contract conclusion, the next step is the blueprint, where we collect details of your specific master data, for example, or adjust the Customising to your company-specific wording (depending on the Starter Package/Add-On). The implementation is then completed using your data. Once complete, you can then test the system. Since this is a standardised solution, little effort is required for this step. After a successful test, you train your users and we hand over the solution to your Support team. With this approach, your solution can go live quickly and with all of the costs fully budgeted upfront.
