Mobile defects recording and deviation management in SAP S/4HANA
S/4HANA offers many new application possibilities for quality management with SAP through the use of apps. With the help of mobile devices such as tablets and mobile phones, errors, deviations, incidents and other reportable occurrences can be recorded easily and efficiently. These errors are analysed in a second step and transferred to the defined deviation process (e.g. 8D, CAPA, Q-notification).
In the webinar, the apps available in the SAP standard for recording defects and deviations will be shown and various ways of further processing will be demonstrated.
