QM in S/4HANA – Example of an integrated LIMS in a Customer Project

Modern laboratory information and management systems (LIMS) securely map both the administrative functions of an analytical laboratory and the sample cycle or test routine of a sample. In addition, a LIMS offers the possibility of a high degree of automation of laboratory processes through device connection. Today, however, integration into the processes of materials management, production and sales is more important than ever.

SAP QM is a fully-fledged LIMS and offers many advantages for your company; in this context, the complete integration into the logistical processes of the SAP system is the key to success.

The following quality-relevant processes are mapped here:

Quality planning, sample management, inspection processing, deviation management / CAPA, quality costs, certificate creation, stability studies, supplier release, statistical process control (SPC).

This webinar will look at the processes implemented in a customer project. It will be shown how an integrated solution was implemented in SAP S/4HANA with the help of SAP QM.
